dealy in going back to singapore again!
and so the news is finalised.. from the 7 oct 09, to 10 oct 09, now till 14 oct 09, my return date to singapore keeps on changing, funny thing is, that fucker did not bother to discuss anything with me, expecting that i will agree to stay whenever he asks, which i definitely will not agree..dear keppel and the top management, you all should learn to treat the human resource that you have under you now with a little bit of respect, treat them like humans at the very least, if not you'll find them gone in time to come.. right now you all are taking them for granted, never praising them for a job well done, but disposing of them the moment a small oversight is done.. have you all wonder why there is such a high casulty rate in the project team associated with DLB? 3 materials controller, 1 planner, 1 procurement officer, 1 safety officer and 1 construction manager all left the company, but either you all are blind to the fact, or are just covering up for the incompetence of someone..
but well since it is already a done deal, i might as well make use of my free time, which happens to be 100% all the time, to plan for my wedding, catch up with old friends over msn and go to the gym etc..
i am looking forward for both the hull strips to arrive at port in rostov, so that we can go onboard and do the ballasting/de-ballasting, at least i will be doing what i came here for..
the last 7 days, fucking waste of time..
