what i want in life??
today while undergoing modular training on hull structures, the trainer asked me a very simple question which set me back thinking, until now.. "where do you see yourself in another 3 years time?"i thought long and hard and initially and after deliberation (like in a court of law), i told him..
i target myself to be in my first section, HULL section, for about a year at most (inclusive of the modular training i am going through now), then move on to MACHINERY section for another couple of years, and finally move up and get promoted, first to project engineer (PJE), then to project manager (PJM)..
i wonder if my ambition is too great, but i believe it certainly can be achieved.. however, i must work doubly hard, learn as much as i can, so that promotion prospects for me are not at all bleak.. jia you!
